Event Perception Study (November 2017): Consent to Participate
The general aim of this study is to learn more about factors that affect memory and perception of visual events. This study is supervised by Dr. Burt Thompson and has been reviewed and approved by the Niagara University Institutional Review Board (IRB), chaired by Dr. Paul Schupp ([email protected]). There are no risks associated with participation, and you may stop participating at any time without penalty.
In this study we ask that you watch a brief video at a specific time of day, then return later and answer questions about it. You will also provide some information about yourself, such as your age and gender. Your answers are anonymous and confidential. If you have any questions about the study, please email Dr. Thompson at [email protected].
The study takes about 10 minutes to complete, and you will be paid $1.50.
